• For residents of Southern Nevada:
• You must be able to demonstrate a change in circumstance during the past 90 days (e.g. you were laid off from your job, you had an emergency expense that was beyond your control, etc.)
• You must be able to provide proof of income for the past 30 days for all adults living in the home (example: pay check stubs, child support payments, etc.)
• You must be able to provide birth certificates for all people living in the home (including children, parents, room mates, etc.)

Those meeting these criteria should call on Monday mornings beginning at 9:00am to secure an appointment for screening.  Please bring your documentation with you when you arrive for your appointment.
