| Andrea Micheals, MSEd., Family Support Services Director | Andrea has been a part of the HopeLink team since August 2007. She worked in early childhood education with Head Start for the previous 17 years. She earned her undergraduate in psychology at Rutgers and her masters in counseling from Syracuse University. Andrea currently oversees programs which fall within the family support services arena, including: Differential Response, Wrap Around Services, and the Family Support Intervention Program. | Karen Kyger, Housing & Basic Services Director | Karen got her undergraduate degree from University of California at Fullerton in Sociology and Psychology. Her master’s degree is from Claremont Graduate School. Her focus has been in program implementation, curriculum and educational training. She has worked as an independent consultant to Strategy Group and acted as the advisor for The Women’s Housing Coalition and Outcomes Family Counseling Center. | Debbie Ruiz, Consortium Director | Debbie has 15 years of experience in the non-profit sector, beginning her career with United Way in San Jose, California. Since moving to Nevada in 2003, she has led a statewide child abuse prevention coalition and a statewide anti-bias education program. Debbie has lived in the community of Henderson for 6 years.
